Dr. Zdanis believes that therapy is meant to accompany us through life changes and help us to feel like we are active, impactful participants.
At any stage of development, we are bound to encounter obstacles to our ability to thrive. Dr. Zdanis offers a non-judgmental space for all ages to learn about themselves and how to improve in ways they want.
She has worked extensively with clients across all ages to reduce symptoms, promote growth, and instill lasting change. She supports children, teens, adults, and families in healing from anxiety, trauma, grief, and depression. She has e a specialty in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, especially GNC and transgender folks.
Depending on client needs, Dr. Zdanis tailors treatment via her various modalities including AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Play-Based Therapy and Attachment Based Family Therapy.
Dr. Zdanis is a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist. She earned her Masters at University of Pennsylvania and her doctorate at Temple University.
