Alexander Road Associates is an out-of-network provider. That means we do not accept insurance directly. However, we make the reimbursement process as simple as possible by providing a superbill (medical receipt), which includes all necessary information, including diagnosis codes.

Alexander Road Associates offers a patient portal to provide you with information about your appointments, view doctor’s calendar to schedule your own appointments, manage payments, receive diagnostic testing, and access invoices.

1. Click Televideolinks (also located on header of website). No need to download any programs.

2. Enter Your Name (Your physician or therapist will receive an alert when you enter the waiting room.)
